The creator I'm going to talk about is capitu. What does she create? Some of the best comments ever, wonderful recs, amazing banners, fandom squee, among other things. She creates a little joy everywhere she goes. And she goes everywhere! She makes fandom a little brighter for everyone, always has an encouraging word or support, and is just generally fantastic.
