I meant to be typing this comment as I read and then got caught up in this story and completely forgot about it. I want to quote my favorite parts of it, but I think I'd just have to copy/paste the whole thing. Sirius wanting James, and James wanting him back but not touching yet. And then when he gives in and he's hesitant and a little afraid, and the Legilimens and Lily! How she's just so calm about everything and, just, wow. All of this. I don't think this comment makes much sense. Just, love. So much love for all of it.
