I've been thinking of making this post for days. It just feels...necessary.

I want to take this moment, outside of responding individually to people's comments on my stories, to just THANK YOU ALL SO FUCKING MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of my readers and commenters... I just don't thank you enough, I think. I can't tell you how grateful I am for all of you taking the time to read what I write and let me know you enjoyed it. It means so very much to me, and I cherish all of your comments on my stories.

Fandom runs on mutual affection -- our affection for our source material, for certain characters, for writing/drawing/pod-ficcing, and for each other.

I just wanted to take a moment today and say thank you for being this beacon of light in my life, for appreciating what I write, for sharing this with me, and for being truly awesome people who I look forward to interacting with daily. From the lurker who has to gear themselves up to say, "I really liked this," (maybe someone I hardly know), to those of you who have become some of my closest friends, people I will be grateful for knowing my whole life...thank you ALL for making this a place I can come and experience true community, support, laughs, tears, advice, and encouragement.

I love fandom, and I love you guys.
